Do I need a referral for physical therapy?

No referral is required under Virginia's Direct Access law. You can schedule directly with us. However, we'll coordinate with your physician if you prefer.

What areas do you serve in Northern Virginia?

We serve all of Loudoun County, including Ashburn, Leesburg, Sterling, and South Riding, plus Fairfax County areas including Great Falls, Reston, and Herndon. Contact us to confirm service in your area.

Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. We provide Superbills that you can submit to your insurance (Individual plan terms apply).

How long is a typical session?

Initial evaluations are typically 60-90 minutes, allowing comprehensive assessment and treatment planning. Follow-up sessions are usually 60 minutes of focused, one-on-one care.

What should I have ready for an in-home visit?

Just a clear space to move around (about 6x6 feet), comfortable clothing, and any relevant medical records or imaging. We bring all necessary equipment.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

We typically offer appointments within 24-48 hours for new patients. For urgent needs or post-surgical cases, we accommodate same-day or next-day appointments when possible.
